We offer standard selections as well as custom gifts. Item descriptions for our standard selections are on our web site. Additional charges for requested substitutions may be assessed based on cost.
We want you to be pleased with your gifts. Standard designs are view-able on our web site. Custom orders may be based on your description or you may provide all contents and we will arrange and package the items for you. We will be happy to email or text a picture of your custom designs prior to delivery or shipment.
You may add personal items to any gift as well as promotional products or business cards for companies. Contact us to discuss what items you want to add to your gifts.
We do not supply alcohol. However, you may purchase wine, beer, or other alcohol to add to your gift. Alcohol may not be shipped outside of Texas.
From time to time, we offer discounts and coupons. To ensure receipt, be sure to opt in to our promotional emails. We do not SPAM, share your name, or send email more that 1-2 times per month. You may opt out at any time. Be sure to check your junk folder and add us to your safe list to be sure you receive our coupons and invitations.
We also offer full service Event Planning. From simple family get-together's to corporate events, we handle the details so you can enjoy yourself. We use third party contractors for some services. We will be happy to use favored contractors as long as their services fit into the established budget. Contact us for more information on our services.
We accept all major cards – MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express through our web site. We also accept Android Pay and Apple Pay if paying in person. Depending on your chosen method of payment, you may be redirected for processing. Custom orders may be invoiced by VLDesigns directly.
Payment is due prior to delivery or shipment. A corporate account may be opened after the first order with a credit card and upon approval of a credit application. Terms for corporate accounts are Net 15 days. Contact us for a credit application.
Return Policy
We take great care in packaging our gifts; therefore any damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.
If we are in error, we will correct the error promptly by either refunding your money or sending another (corrected) order. Contact us immediately and notify us of any order errors at [email protected].
You may return unopened and resalable items for a refund or exchange. Simply notify us within 3 days of delivery and ensure the item is returned in its original product packaging within 10 days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition. No credit will be issued until we receive the returned merchandise. We will credit you for the purchase price (less shipping) upon receipt of your return. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
